Spring Metrics Grows 29% in 2014, Names New President & COO

Enters 2015 profitable and hiring in fast-growing e-commerce & hospitality industries

February 15, 2015 – Spring Metrics is excited to announce that Shawn Williams has been named President & COO. Shawn, who joined the company in 2012 and has led the company’s revenue growth, now takes responsibility for continued expansion across all operations of the company.

Spring Metrics achieved profitable growth throughout 2014, increasing revenue by 29% while advancing and broadening the company’s offerings.

The e-commerce market alone grew at 14% last year, and is projected to continue at a rapid pace, while hotels saw a similar growth pattern in the low double digit range. Spring Metrics’ SaaS solution allows marketing professionals in these fast-growing markets to increase their market share and grow their business by nurturing relationships and dramatically improving their conversion rates on web, mobile, and social channels.

To accelerate growth in 2015, Spring Metrics is hiring, expanding its industry partnerships, and investing in continued product advancements.
